Indulge your recipe book and your taste buds with Silverado Cooking School’s hands-on cooking classes in Napa. In our state-of-the-art kitchen, students will use some of the finest equipment available along with fresh, seasonal ingredients from our own farm to prepare delicious meals.
During our Napa cooking classes, you do the cooking under the guidance of a professionally trained chef. After a brief introduction, you will be given various seasonal recipes to prepare. As the dishes are completed everyone will come together to enjoy the meal that they have just prepared.
All classes are hands-on unless otherwise noted. Throughout each month we also offer demonstration classes, which are a great way to learn new techniques and observe how to properly prepare regional cuisine.
