Everyone talks about farm-to-table, but what does it really mean to your cooking? In our Stone Tree Farm classes, we meet at our own farm just a few miles from the cooking school to harvest seasonal fruits, vegetables and fresh herbs for our class. Afterward, we will meet back at the kitchen where participants will learn how to cook seasonally, bringing out the best in the farm-fresh ingredients, paired with ingredients from the finest local purveyors. When the recipes are finished, students will sit down together to enjoy a beautiful 3-course lunch.
*Please note, students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the farm, and the cooking school.
