Everything is better with bacon! Well, pretty much everything… In this class you’ll learn about varieties of bacon and how to cook them to perfection. We’ll cover the flavors of types of bacon, how they differ and how they can be used in different applications. We will show you how to cook slab bacon and also how amazing braised pork belly can be. If you love bacon, we will have something for everyone — from the crispy and salty, to the meltingly tender and rich, to the sweet and satisfying. You will take home a logo apron and a set of the recipes so you may re-create your experience with family and friends.
