Calling all junior chefs! Let's have some fun in the kitchen this summer!
This camp will introduce students to “Farm-to-Table” cooking, with fresh produce harvested daily from our farm, Stone Tree Farm.
Curriculum includes: “Mise en place” set up, beginning knife skills, measuring and following recipes, safety and sanitation in the kitchen and team work. Students will take home a set of recipes used during the camp and a Silverado Cooking School apron!

9am-1pm, Monday-Thursday, Lunch included!
