Food and Wine Pairing 101

February 28, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free – $75.00
  • « Breakfast Pastries ~ Chef Sasha
  • Scheduled Private Event »

There has been much written on the art of food and wine pairings but when it comes down to it, it can be broken down to a few, simple concepts.
In this interactive class, beautifully prepared bites with artfully chosen wines will be discussed as to why they work or don’t work.
We’ll talk about the preparation of foods and accompanying sauces/condiments and their varying roles in food and wine pairings.

“I have spent most of my life cooking, exploring food and wine, traveling to some of the great wine regions of the world and sharing that excitement with others. Teaching about wine and food is one of my biggest joys in life.”

Owing to her former life as a New York TV soap actress, Danielle adds a warm, sophisticated and fun dimension to evenings that take guests on an exploration that leave a lasting impression.
