NAPA COOKING PAIRED WITH NAPA WINES
Napa Valley is world renowned for delectable wine produced in the area, therefore no Napa cooking class would be complete without the perfect wine pairing! Chef Malcolm is preparing for the Level II Sommelier Certification Exam through the Master Court of Sommeliers. Because of his love of food and wine, owner Chef Malcolm has put an emphasis on the importance of food and wine pairing at the Silverado Cooking School.
Silverado Cooking School works with local wineries to offer an excellent selection of wine to complement each class. If you are a wine connoisseur, please inquire about our Reserve List where you can choose from an amazing variety of hard to come by, cult Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons as well as an extensive list of rare and vintage wines from around the world upon request.
Wine is not included in the class fees (unless specified), however we have a wonderful wine list at retail prices (no mark-up). We also have a reserve list of Napa Valley Cult Cabernet Sauvignons and other hard-to-find California wines, as well as an extensive list of rare and vintage wines from around the world. Or you are welcome to bring your own wine at a corkage fee of $10 per bottle.
